Shipping Policy
OAKGROVE CUSTOM FURNITURE INSIDE LOCAL DELIVERY
Inside Local deliveries occur approx. 10-12 weeks from your order date. The week before your scheduled delivery, our team will reach out to you with your exact delivery date for when you can expect our team to arrive at your home with your furniture. We will give you a call the day before your delivery with your timeframe. Because your delivery date and time are scheduled based on the relative locations of the several homes on the same schedule, that date and time cannot be changed or dictated.
Our delivery fee is $125 within 20 miles. Outside of 20 miles, our fee is $125 +$2.50/mile after the first 20 miles one way. So if you are 50 miles away, the cost would be $200 = (125+(2.5x30)).
Please be prepared to inspect and sign for your furniture upon delivery. Local Inside Deliveries include inside placement on the ground floor only. If your residence is not on the ground floor, your delivery will be curbside or into a ground-floor space of your choice.
You are responsible for ensuring the furniture you order can fit through your threshold. Furniture cannot be refused upon delivery if it does not fit through an entryway.

HOLDING & STORING YOUR FURNITURE
We will contact you before we start production on your custom furniture to confirm 1) the details of the order are correct and 2) you are ready to receive it. This is your opportunity to delay production if you are not ready to receive it. If we have received confirmation from you and we have finished your furniture and are ready to deliver it, we cannot hold or store your furniture under any circumstances.
